1. Overview
NullBot Themes ("we", "us", "our") is operated by NullBot. By purchasing or downloading any theme from nullbotthemes.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not complete a purchase.
2. Digital Products
All products sold on NullBot Themes are digital downloads — specifically Shopify theme files delivered as .zip archives. Upon successful payment, you will receive a secure download link via email. Downloads are available for 30 days from the date of purchase.
3. License
Each theme purchase grants you a single-store, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the theme on one (1) Shopify store. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the theme files with any third party. You may not use the theme on more than one store without purchasing an additional license.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. NullBot Themes does not store your payment information. All prices are listed in USD. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
5. Refunds
Please review our Refund Policy for full details. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the download link has been accessed.
6. Updates
We may release updates to purchased themes from time to time. When an update is available, customers who have purchased the theme will be notified via email with a new download link at no additional cost.
7. Support
We offer email support for installation and usage questions at support@nullbotthemes.com. Support does not cover custom development, theme modifications, or third-party integrations beyond the theme's documented features.
8. Intellectual Property
All theme designs, code, and assets are the intellectual property of NullBot Themes. The license granted upon purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. You may customize the theme for your own store use but may not claim it as your own original work.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Themes are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that themes will be error-free or compatible with every third-party app or customization. We are not liable for any lost revenue, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of our products.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
