Our Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once a download link has been accessed. We encourage all customers to review the live demo, screenshots, and feature list carefully before purchasing.
Eligible Refunds
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- ✓You were charged but never received a download link via email (check spam first).
- ✓The downloaded theme file is corrupt or unusable and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- ✓You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error.
Non-Eligible Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for:
- ✗Change of mind after the download link has been accessed.
- ✗Incompatibility with third-party apps not listed in the theme features.
- ✗Custom modifications made to the theme after purchase.
- ✗Failure to read the feature list or review the live demo before purchasing.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@nullbotthemes.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order email address and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method. Stripe refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days. PayPal refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days.
